I have known Sayeed Aslam for many years, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most caring, compassionate, and helpful individuals I have ever met and this makes delighted to write this testimony in support of Sayeed, who is running for the local council elections.
Sayeed has always gone above and beyond to assist others. He has helped countless students secure professional jobs by offering training sessions after work hours, demonstrating his dedication to their success and future. His passion for community development is evident in all he does.
One of his most remarkable contributions is the establishment of a non-profit organisation HACO dedicated to providing free burial services for those in need. This organisation, run by passionate community volunteers and funded through a sustainable revenue generating business model, ensures that everyone in our community can afford a dignified burial for their loved ones, regardless of their financial situation. I remember Sayeed saying in a meeting many years ago when HACO was sprouting: “I want everyone to have dignified burial.”
What truly sets Sayeed apart is his unwavering support for those around him. He is always there to lend a hand, offer advice, or simply be a listening ear. Despite his numerous achievements, what impresses me is that he remains simple, down-to-earth and humble, never seeking recognition for his good deeds.
Sayeed is a passionate advocate for our community, and I have no doubt that he will bring this same level of commitment and dedication to the local council. I wholeheartedly support his candidacy and believe he will be a tremendous asset to our community.
